Welcome to ASMMonitor. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our external attack surface management platform and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using ASMMonitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using ASMMonitor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
ASMMonitor provides external attack surface management services, including but not limited to:
To use ASMMonitor, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use ASMMonitor only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may only scan and monitor domains that you own or have explicit authorization to assess. You must not:
ASMMonitor offers various subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a yearly basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
We may offer free trials of premium features. At the end of a trial period, your account will revert to the free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds.
Your use of ASMMonitor is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we will not share your information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
ASMMonitor and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ASMMonitor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
ASMMonitor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Security scanning may not detect all vulnerabilities, and you should not rely solely on ASMMonitor for your security needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASMMonitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASMMonitor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
