Can I try Premium before committing?
Yes! We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise customers. Payments are securely processed by Paddle.
Can I add more domains later?
Absolutely! Premium includes 3 domains, and you can add more at any time for €1,000 per additional domain per year. Enterprise plans include unlimited domains.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan. You'll retain access to basic monitoring for one domain. Your historical data is preserved for 90 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes, we offer special pricing for registered non-profits and early-stage startups. Contact us at sales@asmmonitor.com with details about your organization.
Is my data secure?
Security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We host on European data centers and are fully GDPR compliant. We never share your security findings with third parties.
